Job description

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Category Leader (General Manager) to join one of our fastest growing category. You will work closely alongside our Category Lead and Chief Business Officer to manage and scale this area. This is the ideal role for someone who is looking to take ownership and deliver impact in a key and rapidly growing area of the business.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and define the overall strategy and goals for the category (e.g. products, pricing, customer experience, marketing)

  • Report category performance on all main metrics (Cx, medical, commercial) and identify practical areas of improvement

  • Define ways to create a unique and differentiated value proposition that will allow MANUAL to deliver the best experience on the market

  • Lead and prepare meetings with external stakeholders and partners

Job requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have 6-10+ years of work experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

  • Proven ability to be organised, independent and deliver results

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • We are looking for candidates with previous experience in strategy consulting/PE/IBD or in a startup
