Job description

We’re looking for an exceptionally organised and inspiringly creative, Creative Producer. This is the role for you if you thrive on turning ideas and concepts into reality. You’ll fit in well if you’re a team player who enjoys bringing people together to make engaging creative assets and campaign



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work alongside the Senior creative producer and Creative Producer to manage our talent network of actors, influencers and customers, booking talent as required.

  • Lead on the coordination and on-the-day execution of studio and location photo / video shoots.

  • Source creative talent to compliment the skills of our in-house creative team on a range of projects and briefs.

  • Support our Senior Creative Producer and Creative Producer in the development of creative assets; from managing the flow of work to updating stakeholders across the business

  • Contribute to the development of creative content and campaign ideas

  • Research competitors and businesses of note, influencers, and viral campaigns to inform current and fresh ideas.

  • Lead end-to-end on our paid ad production for MANUAL’s main categories; Hair Loss, Hair Transplants, TRT and Weight Loss.

Job requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of creative production in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders of varying levels.

  • Cutting edge interest in creative, especially for Social Media.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential.

  • An understanding of performance creative adverts is a plus.
