Job description
We are looking for a Full-Stack Mobile Engineer to contribute to our mission to improve our patients' health and their lives, with the development of our web applications.

What you will do
Develop full-stack consumer applications
Lead the development, maintenance, and rapid iteration of performant, secure, and scalable mobile applications for consumer-facing products.
Innovate on architecture and scalability, designing platforms and systems that enable rapid new product and feature launches, scaling as we grow.
Collaborate with the design/product team on improving user experience.
Drive impact in a team environment
You’ll work with other software engineers, designers, QAs, product managers, business stakeholders and domain experts
You’ll drive impact and own your work end-to-end from scoping & planning, making architectural design decisions, implementation & testing, to production deployment and operations
Job requirements
What we need from you:
Technical expertise:
4+ years of commercial experience as a software engineer, with a focus on full-stack or mobile development.
Proficiency in React Native, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of mobile-first design.
Experience with TDD, unit, integration, and performance testing, specifically within mobile environments.
Problem-solving mindset: Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and make decisions that support both immediate goals and long-term vision.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, able to convey complex technical ideas in an accessible way to both engineering and non-engineering teams.
User-focused: Keen attention to user behaviour, experience, and design with a meticulous eye for detail.
Other skills you might have:
A degree in CS or equivalent is a plus
Experience developing and scaling high-performance, responsive user interfaces
Experience writing integration and e2e tests;
Experience building and testing accessible applications;
Experience implementing A/B Testing and Progressive Rollout of features;
Have built or contributed to a Design System used by many different teams;
Experienced with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or GCP;
Practical experience with CI/CD and IaC (Infrastructure-as-code)
