Job description

We're hiring a smart and ambitious team-player who is looking for an opportunity to accelerate their career growth and learning by joining a high-performing team within this fast growing business. 

As Growth Marketing Associate you will have the opportunity to:

  • Take responsibility for managing paid search and other campaigns across a range of our categories (hair loss, sexual health, weightloss and more) and geographies (UK and Brazil).

  • Take ownership of performance within your campaigns, analysing opportunities and implementing tests and optimisations.

  • Ideate test ideas within your campaigns - landing pages, bid strategies, creative and ad copy and campaign types.

  • Build internal relationships with Creative and Product teams, to collaborate on tests and product improvement, and Category Managers, to support the success of the category.

  • Build relationships with Google and other external vendors to understand best practice, new features and campaign improvement opportunities.

  • Forecast spend and acquisition volumes within your areas of responsibility.

  • Manage large budgets to drive maximum returns for the business, in line with target KPIs.

  • Optimise product feeds and processes for Performance Max campaigns.

Your experience

  • 2+ years of experience planning and executing paid search campaigns hands-on essential, knowledge of other channels desirable.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Merchant Centre.

  • Understanding of other digital marketing channels an advantage (SEO, Influencers, Display, Affiliates).

  • Understand a test-and-learn approach. Experienced with A/B testing.

  • Experience with a high-growth / healthcare business an advantage.
