We are looking to hire a Growth Marketing Executive with 0-1+ years experience to help drive the growth of MANUAL’s new Hair Transplant offering and support the growth of MANUAL’s wider product categories. This role is a great opportunity to have an accelerated career in marketing and growth within one of the most successful health tech startups in Europe.
Hair Transplants are a new offering in MANUAL’s array of products / services, which has ambitious growth plans to become a 7-figure business. Working alongside the Growth Marketing Managers, you will be involved in how we build, prove and scale the hair transplant business, essentially being a crash course into how to grow companies fast. Over time you will get more and more ownership, effectively managing your own growth initiatives within the category.
We are not shy in saying that it’s a demanding role and it’s expected that you will learn quickly (under the mentorship and guidance of the Marketing Managers). It’s a role that requires ownership and initiative to drive projects forward to completion. You will report into our Growth Marketing Manager and you will have all the resources and coaching necessary to succeed at MANUAL, allowing you to experience significant personal growth in order to accelerate your career.
- Hair Transplant Channel Optimization and Tests:
Collaborate closely with the Hair Transplant Marketing Manager to optimise various marketing channels (paid social, paid search, etc.).
Execute creative briefs, conduct targeting tests, and implement discounting and promotions strategies.
- Hair Transplant Landing Page Optimization and CRO:
Work with the marketing manager, category managers, and lead surgeon to test positioning and messaging for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Support ideation, create briefs for developers, and assist in post-test analysis.
- Launch a New Hair Transplant Marketing Channels:
Support and own the launch of new channels (affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, YouTube Marketing, etc.), guided by the marketing manager.
- Collaboration Across Product Categories:
Assist the wider Marketing team in optimising marketing channels for various product categories.
- Collaborate With Commercial To Ensure Profitable Growth :
Work collaboratively with the commercial, product, and marketing teams to enhance hair transplant marketing for improved lead quality and customer LTV.
Engage in customer research and development in collaboration with the Growth and Commercial teams, to ensure customer centricity.
You will get a lot of support and coaching for this role, with the expectation that you are able to learn very fast and are willing to take initiative. While we don’t require technical skills, we are looking for:
You are highly analytical and love working with data to drive insights and action.
Experience in marketing is not required, but is helpful (0-1+ years experience).
Strong attention to detail, you don’t cut corners and take pride and care in your work. You understand that mistakes are part of the process but you own and learn from them.
You take initiative, drive projects to completion, finding ways to overcome obstacles and any blockers.
You don’t mind making mistakes and taking risks. We only grow by testing new ideas, and encourage risk taking, so long as they are backed by a hypothesis.
You are hungry to learn and grow, also looking to see how we can improve different processes.
You are ambitious to make your mark on the company, wanting to take more and more responsibility as you become more versed in the role.
You are a fast learner, open to feedback and continuously trying to improve.

Salary range of £30-35k based on experience
