Job description

We are looking for a motivated and sales driven individual to join our Hair Transplant team. We need you to be the voice of MANUAL for our customers, helping to answer their questions about Hair Transplants and our services. It is crucial that we provide our customers with personalised advice that relates to their own hair restoration goals and setting them up for success with MANUAL Hair Transplant Clinics.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively calling new leads (who come through our sales funnel) and existing leads who the team have not been able to reach, to progress them on their hair restoration journey

  • Assisting customers by addressing their initial questions ( pricing, procedure types, recovery time, etc.) regarding hair transplants and what MANUAL offers

  • Working closely with the with the rest of the sales team to hand over leads and the clinical and commercial teams

  • Maintaining thorough and accurate customer notes that can be used by the rest of the sales team and clinical team

Job requirements

  • Excellent communication skills

  • High level of empathy, strong interpersonal and sales skills

  • Good to have previous sales experience in the health, wellness, cosmetic & customer-facing roles

  • Ability to think on your feet and solve problems on the move

  • Proactive and energetic - you take the initiative

  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment

Working hours will be Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday. This role can be fully remote or hybrid from our offices in Bermondsey.
