Job description

We are looking to hire an experienced hair transplant technician/surgical assistant to form a part of our growing team of hair transplant professionals based in our Leeds clinic. You will be working closely with our Surgeons and will have opportunities for growth and development.


This is an ideal role for someone who wants to become part of a motivated team and challenge themselves while developing a skill-set in a clinical environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting our Surgeons with all clinical needs during procedures

  • Ensuring that the patient is at the centre of care until discharge from the clinic

  • Preparing the theatre prior to the surgery, managing the theatre during and cleaning the theatre post-procedure.

  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed diligently during the procedure

  • Catering to the patient’s needs during the procedure

  • Assisting the Surgeon by collecting the harvested grafts, assorting them and preparing them for implantation

  • Graft placement with forceps and/or loading of grafts for the implanter method

Job requirements

  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience with graft handling/placement

  • Experience in a clinical setting/nursing experience is desirable
