We are looking to hire an experienced Patient Coordinator to guide prospective patients through their journey of treatment with a hair transplant to overcome their hair loss. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy and ownership, reporting to the Hair Transplant Lead.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment and manage the sales process in order to convince patients that we are their best partner for their hair restoration journey. If you enjoy building relationships as well as educating and persuading prospective patients, this role is for you!



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures a streamlined patient experience within the hair transplant clinic.

  • Guides patients through the process of scheduling specialised treatments, including consultations and procedures related to hair transplantation.

  • Assists patients in exploring and understanding financial options, facilitating the completion of finance applications.

  • Demonstrates confidence in a patient-facing role, actively cultivating and strengthening relationships with individuals seeking hair transplant services.

  • Coordinates comprehensive treatment plans, fostering a smooth and positive journey for each patient.

  • Participates in various marketing initiatives and tasks to enhance the clinic's presence and reach.

  • Provides thorough information on available hair transplant treatments, payment plans, finance options, surgeon availability, and appointment scheduling.

  • Collaborates in the development of personalised treatment plans as needed.

  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as delegated by clinic management.

Job requirements

  • Demonstrated capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.

  • Ideally a minimum of 3 years experience in a private practice setting/cosmetic/hair transplant clinic.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting, interacting seamlessly with management & surgeons.

  • Proficient in utilising diverse software applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook (training provided for unfamiliar platforms)

  • Adept at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills coupled with a polished and professional demeanour.

  • Skilled in thriving under pressure and consistently meeting deadlines.

  • Strong organisational aptitude with the capability to prioritise workloads effectively.

  • Capacity to perform efficiently in high-pressure situations and consistently deliver results within specified timelines.
