Job description

We are looking for two colleagues to join our brand new warehouse in Wallingford! This is a rapidly growing team that provides invaluable support in the pharmacy. Assisting with warehouse-based tasks to ensure a smooth operation is held with maximum efficiency.


We are looking for someone who is keen to start a career in the world of digital pharmacy operations with plenty of support along the way. You will hold a responsible position that requires concentration and accuracy with attention to detail along with being a quick learner.


You will work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.


No requirement to work bank holidays or weekends contractually however overtime, with notice, may be available to fulfil orders.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Knowing what is in the warehouse, where it can be found and filling up the shelves with stock for the team to fulfil orders.
  • Receipt of goods in.
  • Regular stock/inventory checks.
  • Utilising two unique robots to prepare stock for orders fulfilment (full training will be provided).
  • Working with the team to ensure all orders are fulfilled on the day.
  • Preparation of stock by unboxing large volumes of stock.
  • Picking and packing stock to fulfil orders in line with the company KPIs.
  • Processing returned orders in line with the SOPs.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean & tidy.

Job requirements

  • A keen eye for detail
  • Ability to confidently handle stock counts in a timely manner
  • The ability to be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Confidence in their approach to work to strict deadlines and support the team
  • Driving license is preferred
  • Reach Truck certification is preferred
