Job description

We’re looking for a driven and motivated Tech Recruiter to join our team and support our business growth at MANUAL. You’ll be joining a small Talent team and partnering with hiring managers and leadership to directly impact our ambitious scaling plans. Your initial focus will be Engineering, but you will ideally have experience in other domains and should be willing to support hiring in other business areas.


You will oversee and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle - from partnering with hiring managers to define the need, sourcing, screening and attracting talent to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their current and future hiring needs

  • Leverage multiple channels to maintain a strong pipeline as well as conducting initial recruiter screens

  • Use innovative strategies to attract passive candidates and build relationships with potential candidates

  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience as the primary point of contact for candidates

  • Work with the wider People team on strategic process improvement projects 

  • Keep our ATS tidy and up to date

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a start-up, scale-up or tech company with multiple years in Engineering

  • Demonstrated expertise in hiring at scale in a fast paced environment with a high bar

  • Keen to be hands-on (sourcing, screening, coordination) with a deep understanding of Engineering & Data

  • Data-driven and accountable 

  • Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities in a sometimes ambiguous environment
