Job description

We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Associate to guide prospective patients through their journey of getting a hair transplant to overcome their hair loss. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy and ownership, reporting to the Hair Transplant Lead.


This is an ideal role for someone who wants to challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment and manage the sales process in order to convince patients that we are their best partner for their hair restoration journey. If you enjoy building relationships as well as educating and persuading prospective patients, this role is for you!


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own incoming enquiries of interested prospects via various channels

  • Manage all outbound communications with interested prospects

  • Assess patient’s eligibility for starting their hair restoration journey with us

  • Build a relationship with suitable patients, answer their questions, and guide them through the process of receiving their hair treatment with Manual

Job requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a D2C sales environment, converting cold leads into customers

  • You are a high-energy individual that has a track record of hitting sales quota

  • You thrive in a set-up that allows you to work with high levels of autonomy

  • You act with confidence and knowledge while focusing on building trusted relationships

  • Your sales approach is driven by empathy for patient needs and fears

  • While experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, we are open to applications from experienced sales professionals from all backgrounds and will provide you with onboarding and all the training you need to succeed
