Job description

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to own our entire medical platform, used daily by our in-house team of doctors and clinicians for consultations, patient records, prescriptions, assurance of safety and side effect management. You will have end-to-end ownership in building a platform to make patient and doctor lives simpler, more effective and help us to deliver the best patient care.


This is an unique opportunity for an innovative PM to leverage technology and AI to build entirely new clinician-facing features and capabilities. You’ll join us at a key phase where we are looking to invest significantly in our clinician-facing technology, and you’ll be free to own the roadmap and have latitude to drive significant impact in a high-growth scale up.


Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our patients and treatment pathways, and use this insight to build a world class clinical platform for our doctors & clinicians.

  • Analyse data from analytics tools, BI tools and UX platforms to inform product direction and measure success

  • Proactively monitor the market dynamics, advances in technology and the competitive landscape to ensure best-in-class tools for our medical teams.

  • Use all of the above to build the product vision, goals and roadmap in close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Clinical & Growth.

  • Manage day-to-day execution, including developing user stories, writing acceptance criteria, prioritising a backlog & managing timelines, to enable your cross-functional team to achieve their short, medium and long-term goals.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years product management.

  • Experience working with cross functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, marketing, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.

  • Experience working closely with designers & researchers to understand user problems, built & test prototypes and design user-centric products.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytical tools and methodologies

  • Proven communication, leadership, organisational and execution skills.

Preferred:

  • Entrepreneurial experience or experience in building 0-to-1 products in scale-ups.

  • Healthtech experience.

Please note, this is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in our HQ in Bermondsey
