Job description

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to own and develop our e-commerce platform and content management system to make the best-in-class buying experience and next level internal tools within a complex healthcare environment.

We’ve made great strides already in building out a bespoke product catalogue, a proprietary purchase funnel that matches patients to the right treatment, a modern CMS that allows content to be our superpower, and a no-code testing infrastructure that has been a key driver in us becoming one of the fastest growing healthcare business in the world.

But we’re not finished yet. We’re looking for someone with prior experience in building complex e-commerce platforms or a CMS who wants to own our entire platform and take it to the next level. You’ll join us at a key phase where you’ll be free to own the roadmap and drive significant change in a hyper-growth startup.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of our treatment areas, patient experience and commercial strategy to create the product vision, goals and roadmap for our ecommerce platform.

  • Build the product vision, goals and roadmap in close collaboration with Engineering, Commercial & Growth, and PMs for the treatment areas.

  • Own core business metrics for the platform like time-to-launch a product, time-to-publish an ab test, page load speed, and time-to-publish content, etc.

  • Make effective prioritisation decisions to balance short-term needs with long-term platform leverage.

  • Manage day-to-day execution, including developing user stories, writing acceptance criteria, prioritising a backlog & managing timelines.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years product management.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytical tools and methodologies.

  • Experience working closely with designers & researchers to understand user problems, built & test prototypes and design user-centric products.

  • Proven communication, leadership, organisational and execution skills.

Preferred:

  • Entrepreneurial experience or experience in building 0-to-1 products in scale-ups.

  • E-commerce experience, or experience building platform products.

  • £400 per year learning and development budget with Learnerbly
