Job description

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive the implementation of strategic projects for our operations in Brazil. In this role, you will be accountable for designing and implementing some of the most impactful projects of our business, as well as helping us enhance problem-solving skills within the team.

This is an ideal role for professionals with strong problem-solving skills who want to challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment and manage high impact projects to improve patient experience, scale our operations, help expanding categories and guarantee financial sustainability. If you like to go deep into cross-company problems and solve them by implementing solutions you define with our teams, this role is for you! 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Solve problems: Collaborate with colleagues from several teams to identify and address operational challenges, with a focus on designing, implementing, and scaling processes

  • Drive operational excellence: Guarantee quality of our operations through supply chain, patient experience and financial management best practices

  • Expand our business: Work with Category, Product and Tech teams (among others) to design and implement operational processes to enable the launch of new business categories 

  • Build and innovate: Develop and experiment with new approaches, utilising data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimise solutions

  • Learn and iterate: Assess both operational and financial implications of initiatives, leveraging insights to iterate and improve strategies over time

Job requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Customer Experience or other related areas

  • You have analytics experience in collecting data, building forecasting models and defining performance tracking to measure the success of your initiatives

  • You have bias for action and a track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a cross-functional team environment

  • You bring structure, organisation, and focus to your work and work with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, Tech, Marketing, Finance, and Legal

  • You have experience as a people manager, which includes leading development conversations, helping with prioritisation and providing constructive feedback

  • Having worked as a strategic consultant is a plus
