We are looking to hire a Strategy Intern to help us build our understanding of our customers and their experience with MANUAL in order to inform strategic decision-making across the business. You will work with us for 12 weeks from January and report into our General Manager for Hair Transplant.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to gain work experience in one of the most promising start-ups in the health and wellness space, and who wants to learn more about the journey to become a customer-centric company. If you like competitive research combined with strategic thinking, and would like the challenge of finding ways to have a real impact across the business, this role is for you!
Conduct competitive research (online and in-person) to identify existing practices across the market
Identify opportunities for value-driven differentiation from a customer-centric perspective
Help define and set-up the strategy and processes for one of our new businesses
Support the general manager of the business in daily operations
Become a valued member of a team and learn about all aspects of getting a new business line off the ground
Enrolled or completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, psychology)
Strong analytical skills
Ability to put yourself into the shoes of the customer
Attention to detail and willingness to go into great depth
Ability to quickly process and comprehend information from a variety of sources and extract important learnings in a clear and concise summary
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Salary of £25k pro rata for 12 weeks of work
